I think these might be my favourite energy balls yet 🖤! Major protein and fibre packed into these flavourful, filling bites. Perfect for that mid-afternoon slump!
3/4 cup dates (about 8), pitted and soaked if hard
3/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1/4 cup chia
3 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
A few tbsp white chocolate chips (optional)
Directions: put everything into a food processor and process until well mixed. Form into balls and top with a white chocolate chip. If mixture seems dry, add a little extra almond butter 😊.
