Mocha Bites

Mocha bites ( 🍫 + ☕️ = ❤️). Pretty darn delish if you ask me!

Ingredients 
8 dates, pitted and soaked to soften
3/4 cup natural peanut butter (I used crunchy)
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp coffee beans, ground as finely as possible
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Directions
Put everything (except chocolate chips) into a food processor and buzz it up until it resembles a paste. Remove mixture into a bowl and stir in chocolate chips. If mixture is a little dry, add a tbsp of coconut oil or more peanut butter until it holds together well.
Roll into 1-1.5″ balls. *beware! These contain caffeine. Don’t eat too many before bed! 🤗
