Tamari Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds (or pepitas)
2 tsp low sodium tamari
A few grinds of black peppers
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2) Place pumpkin seeds into a small bowl, add tamari and black pepper and stir to combine. Let sit for a few minutes (while the oven preheats).
3) Lay out in a single layer on a lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, stir them around, and return to oven for an additional 3 minutes. Watch closely so they don’t burn. They will continue to crisp as they cool.
